What gets deleted

Your account, name and email address
Your profile details and profile photo
Your event registrations and entry passes
Your saved sign-in sessions

What is kept

Payment and invoice records we are required to retain by law and for financial reconciliation. These are detached from your profile.

Prefer not to use this form? Email us from your registered address and we will action the deletion within 30 days. You can also delete your account from the Multiverso Events app under Profile → Privacy & Security.
