This policy explains what the Multiverso Events mobile app and website collect, why, and what control you have over it. It applies to the app published as com.fhcc.international.multiverso and to event.jic.agency.

What we do not collect

Card numbers. Card payments are completed on the payment provider's own secure page. The app never sees or stores your card details.
Your location. The app shows venue addresses supplied by organisers. It does not request or track device location.
Analytics or advertising data. The app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking SDK.
Contacts, calendar, messages, or other apps on your device.

Camera permission

The app asks for camera access only to scan QR codes for event check-in. Images are processed on your device to read the code and are never uploaded or stored.

How we use your information

Create and manage your account
Register you for events and issue entry passes
Process payments for paid events
Send announcements about events you registered for

We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

Sharing

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Data is shared only where necessary to deliver the service:

Event organisers receive the attendee list for events you register for.
Payment providers receive the details needed to process your payment.

Storage and security

All traffic between the app and our servers uses HTTPS encryption. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Data is held on our servers for as long as your account is active.

Your rights

Access and correct your details in the app under Profile.
Delete your account at any time — use the deletion page or the app's Profile → Privacy & Security screen. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Payment and invoice records are retained where the law requires, even after account deletion. They are detached from your profile.

Children

The app is intended for professional event attendees and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and notify users in the app.
